Systems Plus does everything possible to ensure that your order is processed correctly and that you have a great customer experience.

However, if you need to return a product, please refer to this policy to ensure we are able to accept your returns.

 

Is your product eligible for Return? 

  • Systems Plus is unable to accept return of products more than 30 days after the ship date.
  • All custom products are not eligible for return unless there is a material problem.

 How do you make a Return? 

  • For product eligible for return, please contact your customer service representative by email or phone.
  • For return of un-opened, non-custom products, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • All returned products must arrive back at our facility in re-saleable condition.
  • If a return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number with which to mark your product.
